About Your Speakers:
Shahab (Frank) Maboud is a multilingual educational program designer and certified IB PYP Coordinator with over 15 years of international experience in education leadership. He specializes in student-centered ESL, IB PYP, and STEM curriculum design, having held key roles in Canada, China, Russia, and Turkey. Shahab has led interdisciplinary curriculum development, teacher training, and school-wide program implementation in bilingual and international school settings.
A passionate EdTech innovator, he integrates emerging technologies—particularly Augmented Reality (AR)—to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. His research on AR-based collaboration among middle school students in Turkey and China has been formally published, contributing to the field of immersive learning. Currently completing his Master’s in Educational Technology, his thesis explores cross-cultural learning engagement through AR tools. Beyond classroom teaching, Shahab has created corporate and community-based training programs, led volunteer teams, and taught online ESL using scenario-based, inquiry-driven approaches.
Rose Morsh RECE is a Parent Practitioner, Parent Coordinator, Family Mediator, Child Voice Practitioner, and Collaborative Family Law Parent Expert Rose is the founder of InventiveMinds Child, Youth, and Family Support Centre, a not-for-profit organization that is licensed under the Ministry of Education and registered with IACP, OACP, and IB.
Inventiveminds provides Family Law Mediation Services, I.B. International School, Early Years Childcare (Montessori), Parent and Youth Support Therapy, and community services for new moms. Parenting courses related to children include Aid Services and Mediation, Separation, and Divorce.
