Parent’s concerns about their children’s behaviour and how best to manage and cope is a common source of stress for parents. Being a parent can be both difficult and rewarding. During the difficult times it is possible for parents to fall into parent traps. Parenting traps add to the burden of stress and make the job of raising children more difficult.
In this workshop, we will be discussing the the causes of Child Behaviour and how to avoid falling into a Parent Trap.

R.E.C.E., Triple P Practitioner, Special Education Julie K. London has over 20 years of experience working with families. Julie works closely with the international triple p organization as a coordinator of Triple P Positive Parenting in 2 regions of Ontario, Hastings/Prince Edward Counties and York Region. Her background is in Child Development, Early Childhood Education and Resource Consulting with families of special needs allow her to draw on many experiences and examples of effective child/youth/parent interaction.
