Anxiety is common in preschoolers and a normal part of their development as they explore their environment. Children with anxiety often have emotional outbursts like crying or tantrums. They may also show a lot of avoidance. Young children experience anxiety in a range of ways that can sometimes be hard for parents to recognize.
In this 45-minute workshop, we will be learning how you can help your child manage their anxiety by changing the way they think and behave.
