Water play activities are used to help develop and strengthen your children's gross and fine motor skills! Water play is used to enhance your child’s gross motor skills, through splashing and squeezing, which will help develop the small muscles in a child's hands!
This activity is also great for children who are teething because they can put the CLEAN, COLD sponges in their mouth!
What you need to bring:
- A container deep enough for your child to put their hands in
- A smock or a change of clothes because your baby is going to get wet!
Topic: Sensory Activity - Water Play with Sponges
