About this Event
Join us as we make an edible sensory bin. With cereal being a harder texture, this will help enhance your child’s sense of touch and sound. Your child will feel the different texture and use fine motor skills to pick up the Cheerios. Your child can use their hands to crush the Cheerios, eat them, search for the hidden animals which will cause different sounds and textures for them to explore!
This activity is amazing and will help teach your child fine motor skills, picking up the cheerios to their mouth, or finding the animals as they search through the cheerios!
What you need to bring
- Metal Mixing Bowl
- Your child’s favourite figurines (We suggest the squishy bath toys)
Topic: Sensory Activity - Cheerio Harvest
When: Tuesday, July 19 at 10:15 am - 11:00 am EDT
Where: Online Event
