Resilience is the ability to bounce back during or after difficult times. It helps adolescents manage and learn from challenges. So they can build resilience by working on attitudes like self-respect and self-compassion.
Ultimately, it's important to remember that both stubbornness and independence can be positive traits when they are balanced and used appropriately.
In this 45-minute workshop, we will learn if your resilient child is just being stubborn or independent.
