This gentle yoga class focuses on YOU and your physical, emotional and mental health recovery and restoration after giving birth to your baby.
This class seamlessly weaves together meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and body, integrating all aspects of YOU. With a focus on neck, shoulders, hips, pelvis, abdomen and spine, this class will help you rebuild your strength, improve your posture, increase energy levels and leave you feeling rejuvenated long after the class is finished.
Don’t forget to bring yoga blocks and a folded blanket if available. We're excited to see you there!

About the Author:
Stacie is a 250-hour certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga and Fertility Yoga. Stacie has a Bachelor of Education, is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, and has over 15 years of teaching experience with children from 2-12 years old. She left the classroom in 2002 to expand into the world of kids educational media and has been working as a freelance educational consultant since then.
