Our toddlers and pre-schoolers can be tender, terrific, and tenacious! Parenting Your kids is really about understanding their budding personalities! From tantrums to kisses, curiosity, and big voices. From teary cries to giggles that melt your heart, Kids are a lot of fun–and even more work!
Hearing our children's voices and becoming an attuned parent as we co-regulate and become an authoritative parent is the key to successful parenting. Join us for this 4-week program + 2 one-on-one consulting with a parent practitioner, to help you find the tools to succeed as a parent. We will be looking into different parenting styles and how our attachment can affect our parenting. Upon completing the 4 weeks course and one-on-one support you will have the tools to thrive and be able to carry on as an authoritative attune parent.
Course Outline:
Week 1 - How to Self-Regulate/ How to Co-regulate- becoming an attune parent
Week 2 - Assessing your parenting style and Attachment -Self-reflection
Week 3 - Understanding authoritative parenting
Week 4 - Tools in handling your child's tantrum, picky eating, going shopping, sleep difficulties, etc.

About Your Instructor
Rose Morsh has a Bachelor's in Psychology and is a Registered Early Childhood Educator and Parent Practitioner. Specialization in Infancy to teens. Rose Morsh is the Director of Operations and works closely with the Ministry of Education and in compliance with the CCEYA Act. She is also a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. Her responsibility is to ensure all families, regardless of parenting style, receive the highest quality care.
Rose cares deeply for each family and child in her care and sees herself as an extension of the family. Her door is always open to ensure needs are met, to hold your hand through the happy moments, to answer any parenting question, and to provide support. Her mantra is “Parenting with love and through the storm”.
Rose stands with the belief of unity and humanity – equal rights. She ensures that all children are receiving the best educational and emotional support throughout the service.
