This is a beginner's postpartum Kegels routine suitable for Moms 6 weeks+ postpartum after vaginal delivery or c/section. Even if your 'baby' is now a toddler or older, you can benefit from properly strengthening your Pelvic Floor!
Join Dr. Jill Franks, PhD and certified personal trainer as she teaches you safe and effective exercises to help strengthen and restore your deep inner core and pelvic floor muscles.
If you're experiencing bladder and bowl control issues, you will learn simple postnatal exercises to strengthen the muscles to reduce leakage during sneezing, laughing or peeing. These postnatal Kegel exercises will strengthen your core to handle new movements such as lifting and carrying children.
This class begins with deep core breathing to re-train your core muscles to work synergistically, followed by 3 basic exercises designed for postpartum women. You will need comfortable clothing, a mat and water.
