Many parents confuse the act of being an assertive parent with aggression. There isn’t anything wrong or aggressive about clear, direct, and honest communication when done appropriately. That's why it is important to know when you're being too agressive in saying "No" and too lenient in saying "YES".
Assertiveness is an essential skill that can significantly reduce the amount of conflict in your home. In this workshop, we will be discussing what Assertive Parenting is and when to say YES and NO.
