Divorce can leave children feeling overwhelmed and emotionally sensitive. Children and adolescents of divorced parents have shown increased levels of depression, anxiety, and psychosomatic symptoms.
During and after the separation process, adolescents are more likely to act out, and display behavioral problems, insomnia, as well as academic difficulties.
In this 45-minute workshop we will discuss effects of divorce on adolescence.
