Triple P helps you:

  • Raise happy, confident kids
  • Manage misbehaviour so everyone in the family enjoys life more
  • Set rules and routines that everyone respects and follows
  • Encourage behaviour you like
  • Take care of yourself as a parent
  • Feel confident you’re doing the right thing
We can help to achieve these outcomes from expectancy through each stage of childhood and into young adulthood by providing evidence-based methods, tools and strategies for:
  • Tantrums and challenging behaviour
  • Managing minor to severe behavioural problems
  • Sleep difficulties and training
  • Undoing codependency
  • Picky eaters and fostering independent eating
  • Effective discipline and conflict management
  • Preparing for pregnancy and a growing family
  • Building healthy relationships with your adolescent and/or teen
  • Managing adolescent and teen mental and emotional health challenges

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for ADD/ADHD

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an effective and proven treatment method for children, adolescents and young adults with Attention Deficit Disorders (ADD/ADHD). Our therapist, Dr. Homa Ansari, will work with your child to develop techniques for better functioning at school and at home and to treat the anxiety and depression symptoms that people with ADD/ADHD often experience.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for Autism

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy based on the science of learning and behaviour. Therapists have used ABA to help children with autism and related developmental disorders since the 1960s. It’s an adaptable treatment that teaches skills useful for everyday life.

Positive reinforcement is one of the primary strategies used in ABA, and our therapists guide each child at a pace and style that fits their unique needs. The goal is to increase behaviours that are helpful and decrease behaviours that are harmful or affect learning. ABA therapy can help:

  • Increase language and communication skills
  • Improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics
  • Decrease challenging behaviour
